I accidentally input the wrong delivery address!

What an idiot, were you hammered?

No worries, just send us an email at impropertreasures@gmail.com as soon as you can and we will try and ensure the change gets made before the order is shipped. We may be too late though as our warehouse legends can be pretty speedy packing your gift, if your order has already been shipped you may need to contact the post deliver directly and redirect it to a new address.

I have received one item but I am still waiting for the others!

Excellent! Well, at least something has made it.

Only joking. The reason we have such a crazy range of inappropriate gifts is because we source from a variety of places.

Our aim is to dispatch items within 3 business days, however, dispatched items are at the mercy of our postal service so please accept our apologies if it takes longer.

If you are still worried your gift has not arrived, you can contact us at impropertreasures@gmail.com and well will give you an update on your delivery status as our parcels are tracked.

Do you have a physical store so that I can arrange to pick up my order?

No, unfortunately we are only online. We don't want you weirdos visiting us.

I am having problems using the checkout page and can't finalise my order!

When will my order actually ship?

Once your order is received, I personally begin the process of creating your handmade item.

I aim to have it ready to be shipped between 1 -3 days after your order is placed.


I am not happy with the gift that was sent!

Our existence revolves around your happiness (or maybe just making a quick buck by making sure you're pleased with your purchases, so you'll keep coming back and telling all your pals)!!

Do you offer gift wrapping and special messages on cards? I'm buying as a gift.

Sorry, at this stage we do not offer gift wrapping or personal messages.

What's a Gift Card and how does it work on your store?

You purchase our standard electronic gift card through the shopping cart and an email will be sent to you with the gift card code ready to print (or email) to the person you have brought it for.

Gift cards are valid for .. from date of purchase.

We don't offer physical gift cards.

How can I be sure that my financial information will not be used for illegal purchases on the dark web?

Rest assured that all your payments are securely encrypted. We employ industry-leading payment processors such as Paypal, Shopify Payments, and Stripe to ensure the highest level of security.

When you give your credit card details to our payment providers, we transfer the information using SSL technology and encrypt it in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
